closetsaga.com extends complimentary shipping worldwide for all orders, without any minimum order requirements or exclusions. Despite the free shipping offer, we prioritize prompt delivery of your items, recognizing the importance of timely receipt to our customers.

Delivery Timelines:

Orders of regular-sized items are typically custom-made and shipped within 10 business days. However, it may take up to 20 business days for your item to be dispatched. Conversely, prime products are readily available in stock and are shipped the day after the order is placed.

We endeavor to expedite the fulfillment process for custom orders as well, once details such as measurements are confirmed.

Following dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for your items to reach your doorstep.

Worldwide Delivery:

We accept and dispatch orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

Courier Service:

To ensure premium courier services for our customers, we entrust all shipments to Express Deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. We retain the right to select the courier service that best facilitates efficient product delivery to you.

APO/PO Box Addresses:

For security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.

Duty:

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any associated charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Kindly consult your country’s customs office to ascertain these additional costs prior to making a purchase.

Complimentary Items:

Orders exceeding 10 products do not automatically include complimentary items. Exceptions may be made based on approval from our customer support representatives.

Other Policies:

Upon receipt of payment, customers will receive an email confirmation of their order.

Once an order is shipped with a tracking number provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the courier company. If the courier company holds the order for any reason or attempts delivery when the customer is unavailable, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. We advise customers to monitor the shipment progress once provided with the tracking number. In instances of multiple failed delivery attempts or if the courier company deems it necessary, the parcel may be destroyed, for which we cannot be held responsible.

For orders shipping to the same address, we may, at our discretion, combine them into a single shipment to optimize efficiency and cost savings, unless otherwise specified.

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address. Customers must liaise directly with the respective courier company for further assistance or resolution.
